A History of Endeavor and Success
PCS was initially founded as a business computer applications training and database programming company in 1994. Until 2000, PCS developed or managed the development of databases for such clients as NASA, Arthur Andersen Worldwide, Bank of America, People's Bank, and Keebler. With the passing of Y2K, PCS found itself at a crossroads, the contract programming market was totally devastated by 9/11 and foreign outsourcing. In 2002, PCS made several business affiliations which would later lead the company into the awesome potential of ecommerce database programming. In 2003, PCS made the strategic decision to focus on full website applications development. |
