Our Code Of Ethics
The Code reflects the dedication of PCS to
maintain the highest level of ethics and responsibility in their
relationship with the public, employers and customers.
Article I
PCS shall maintain and enforce high standards of ethical professional
conduct making PCS recognized as a mark of experience, integrity and
competence.
Article II
PCS shall conduct business in a manner which brings credit to and
enhances the reputation of the industry, and to publicize products
and services in a professional manner, avoiding all conduct, practices
and promotions likely to discredit the industry. PCS shall make every
attempt to broaden public understanding and enhance confidence in
our industry so that employers and clients will be encouraged to use
our products and services as their primary resource.
Article III
PCS shall regard as confidential all information concerning the business
and affairs of the employer or client and shall not divulge any confidential
information without the consent of the employer or client. PCS shall
safeguard any confidential information or documents entrusted to them.
Article IV
PCS shall install and use only properly licensed software on their
systems as well as the employer or clients' systems.
Article V
PCS shall divulge any potential conflicts of interest prior to accepting
a project or as soon as possible after the conflict is discovered.
Article VI
PCS shall ensure that to the best of their knowledge they can complete
the project in a professional manner both in terms of skill and time
and to conclude the project in a competent and professional manner
once the parties have agreed to complete a specific project. PCS shall
keep the client informed of any matters relating to the project even
if the information is unfavorable or may jeopardize the project.
Article VII
PCS shall not engage in contracts that are in violation of the law
or that might reasonably be used by the employer or client to violate
the law.
Article VIII
PCS shall respond to any complaint alleging violation of the Code
and participate in all proceedings deemed necessary for resolution. |
