Our Content Management Solution allows our clients to easily manage all aspects of the content of their website without the need to contact us. Sites are generally easily managed and hassle-free once up and running but should need occur, we are just a quick email or phone call away.

Standard, office-based support is available from 10AM to 10PM Monday to Friday; that said we are a no-nonsense team and will always respond promptly when you need us.

Additionally, issues can be systematically registered for resolution and their progress tracked using our Issue Tracking System.

With each project we provide access to our Issue Tracking system available at http://issuetracker.ParallelComputerSolutions.com/.

This issue tracking system will ensure that issues never get overlooked. Client staff are setup as project administrators allowing them to add more staff accounts when needed.

The issue tracking system sends notification emails to all relevant parties when issues are added or updated and provides a comment system for organised discussion of theses issue.

The issue tracking system wil be available throughout the lifetime of the project - from development to deployment and beyond.
